Hi, I’m Sam,
I help businesses get more from their BigChange system — whether that’s improving efficiency, automating processes, or simply making day-to-day operations run smoother.
Since leaving university in 1997, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries, building hands-on experience in operations, systems, and business processes.
I spent six years at Minorplanet Systems plc, a pioneering vehicle tracking company, where I held various roles, including opening and managing offices in Madrid and Milan, alongside an 18-month secondment with GE Capital Fleet Services.
In 2018, I joined BigChange and spent four very enjoyable years working with the platform. I then moved on to work directly with two of their customers, where I discovered how much I enjoy helping businesses get more value from their systems.
In March 2024, I launched my own independent consultancy, supporting businesses using BigChange to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and maximise return on investment.
I’m based in York, but regularly travel across the UK for on-site support.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my daughter, and enjoy keeping fit, walking, and watching football.
